Entrevista
I spotted an ad in a newspaper and replied to the HR person who then contacted me. An interview was set and I met a partner and a manager in PwC's premises. The interview took an hour, concentrating mainly on my background, motivation and development. The atmosphere was very friendly.
After the interview I was commenced to have an assessment center test. The test included personality related and capability measurement questions and tasks. 2 weeks after this I received a call from the partner that they want to offer me a job.
The assessment center part is nowadays partly replaced by a case.

Something related to simple business logic, just to check that the answers are consistent.
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.

Entrevista
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
