after an initial screen of online test, I was invited to take a Telephone interview. 45 mins in total, asking a range of competency based questions. the secret is to prepare in advance. research the role. know the key competencies that they are looking for. there online pre interview e-learn platform is useful

Casual and questions were typical of what the BIG 4s usually ask. The interviewer was friendly and placed no stress on me. Overall a positive experience. This was just the first round and there are 3 rounds in total.
