Entrevista
I had a phone interview, and it was fairly friendly and relaxed. Some fairly standard questions but as I don't have any employment experience, I found it quite hard to answer several of them convincingly. The main takeaway would be to make sure you bone up on their key skills they're looking for in advance and find ways you can demonstrate that you're strong in those aspects using the STAR method.

Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel

Case study question which revolves around business and optimization question
Everyone was very welcoming and the process was quite straightforward. I could even choose my location at the end. The interviews happened online and were conducted in German. I appreciate the quick feedback.
