Started with a campus interview then was invited to the office. Office Interview started with presentation about the company then split off with our office "buddy" for interviews. First one was with a manager, just typical questions, "how do you work in a group setting?" "how do you balance work, school, and your extracurriculars?" "Why do you think training is so important?" Very relaxed, just getting to know you. BE PREPARED FOR THE PARTNER INTERVIEW. It was a totally different experience. A lot more formal and technical. Know your stuff about the company and why you want to work in that specific department. It was pretty intense. Really, make yourself stand out; do some soul searching and find out what you can bring to the table that NOBODY else can. Don't just ask the common questions, use what you researched and build on that, ie "I read that PwC did this and that, how would I get involved with this and that to further my career and reach my goals?" Offered the Internship before I left the office. Make a lasting impression on the people you interview with folks.
