Entrevista
I applied through the application form I downloaded from the relevant website. I was then sent aptitude tests (3 IQ tests, 1 personality test) to complete along with an interview invitation 6 days after sending my application. The interview was with an HR manager and an HR partner. You are expected to show awareness of current events and how they affect the economy, be able to explain why you should get the job, and show interest and that you have done your research about the company and the position you are applying for. The interviewers were both friendly and demanding.
I received an offer 16 days after the interview.

Explain a situation in which you had to resolve a conflict to reach a goal
Inexperienced hr officers asking irellevant questions. About the economic situation in Cyprus and what do I thing is wrong. Well for a trainee position this question i find irrelevant. Too many word for this part let me see the salaries of other jobs

Run smoothed, maybe few of the questions were more advanced than my level (entry). They try to make you feel comfortable so you can think on your full capacity when you answer
