Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en PwC (San Jose, CA) en oct 2014
Entrevista
Applied via school Career Center, had a social mixer with the recruiters and staff at the company, and then went in for an OCI and On-site Interview. Recruiter was helpful, you will be surprised about how much information they are willing to share, if you ask nicely. And definitely go to their socials and small mixer, and jog down people's names you met, you can refer to them in interviews, like " yeah, just like when I was talking to xxx, they told me xxx about the company, so I completely agree with you."
It was an okay interview session, in which it lasted for an hour. Mostly panels will ask about yourself so that they can better understand you as a person. There were only two panels which consist of Senior Manager and a Manager.

HR is really nice and 2 interviews (2 with manager and another with 1 director). Verbal offer and then written offer. Full pay on probation. Nice boss and team member. Hybrid mode

What is your experience and your technical competency.
I applied via the Pwc website and they emailed me to set up a meeting. The HR lady was very helpful and friendly. After she asked a little more about me they set up a meeting with partners and director. Best interview I've had.
