I had a very positive experience interviewing for the Junior Data Analyst – Financial Crime position. The overall process was well organized, transparent, and professional from start to finish.
The first stage was a screening call with HR, where the recruiter explained the role, team structure, and expectations very clearly. The conversation was friendly and focused on my background, skills, and interest in financial crime analysis.
The next stage involved a technical discussion and analytical questions related to data analysis and financial crime scenarios. The interviewers were supportive and encouraged me to explain my thought process while working through the problems. I appreciated that they were more interested in how I approached the analysis rather than expecting perfect answers.
The final interview was with the hiring manager and team members. They were welcoming and took time to describe the projects the team works on, the tools they use, and how the role contributes to detecting and preventing financial crime.
Overall, the process felt fair and engaging. Communication was clear throughout, and the interviewers created a comfortable environment that allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. I would definitely recommend applying if you're interested in data analytics and financial crime.

La posición era para analisis de datos interna (no con cliente).
Primer filtro - RH te pregunta sobre tu experiencia profesional y tu nivel de inglés (en la vacante no decía nada sobre un nivel mínimo requerido)
Segundo filtro - Estrevista en inglés con una persona de la India y otra de USA, ambos eran parte del equipo que requeria el puesto. Me hicieron preguntas técnicas y sobre las herramientas que uso.

Entrevista
2 interviews. Eerste is kennismaking en het tweede is met een case en 2 managers. Nadat je een case maakt bij het 2e interview ga je je findings presenteren aan de managers. De functie was “Associate Data Analytics Consultant”.

The interview took place in 2 stages: HR and technical interview. Questions were mostly about general understanding principles of database design. I recommend paying special attention to the test case assignment.
