Il processo di selezione è abbastanza complesso. Inizia con un test online in cui vengono valutati inglese, logica e attitudine. Il primo colloquio è conoscitivo e abbastanza intenso, questo viene poi seguito da un colloquio di gruppo.

Entrevista
Lengthy, it lasted around 3 months. With 3 different Stages. 1st stage is the common behavioral, math, and reading tests. 2nd stage is a video recorded interview, and 3rd stage is a case study + face-to-face interviews.
