Lengthy, it lasted around 3 months. With 3 different Stages. 1st stage is the common behavioral, math, and reading tests. 2nd stage is a video recorded interview, and 3rd stage is a case study + face-to-face interviews.

On the actual interview face-to-face (last step) you have 1 case Study where you need to showcase your leadership and organizational skills.
After this is just a series of interviews with high profile managers or even directors (depending on your background area)
