There are total 3 rounds of interview, after you had cleared their aptitude test which is also a bit difficult. The Inteviews are really simple and have mostly behavioural question.

Online Assessment, Procter and Gamble Hirevue with motivation/competency questions, then interview with HR manager (non technical) and if I had preference where Id work. This would be one of three interviews until you get a final offer).

2 interviews after the initial hiring test, first was with one interviewer the second was with two interviewers. they asked typical questions that relate to their philosophies, and tried to gauge if someone was a strong fit for them.
