First, there was an online assessment on their website. Then that was successful, and I was invited to the interviews. There were three separate interviews but consecutive interviews after passing the initial interview. The questions were based on experiences and responses to several scenarios.

Interviewers emphasized past experiences, problem-solving approaches, and communication skills. Overall, it felt organized and consistent, with little emphasis on technical depth.
