All about structure and standards. Always answer using the CAR or STAR etc. type models. P&G is looking to hire a leader first so emotional intelligence, relationship building and conflict resolution are top of mind during the hiring process.
Response must be well delivered and highly articulated.

Extremely difficult , it's based on 5 stages . All is in their website. After this set of tests you go through panel interview with random people. Ten interview with the hiring manager .
All interview you can tell the stress for finding new people and how not descriptive of the workload they do .
All of people are use to have around 3 to 4 roles.
