The interview itself was a very good experience in the questions, scenarios, and of course the ice breaking. But it was during the pandemic in 2020 so the interviewer was working remotely and his connection was not stable which resulted in many interruptions that could have been avoided if we had the chance to make it face to face. The overall process was a good experience starting from the online assessment to the interview phases.

If we had a problem in the supply of a specific product like a defected batch and we must deliver the goods on time, what shall we do ?

Entrevista
I first did some online tests. One was a behavior test and the other was a cognitive test. Then I had a first-round interview on the phone where they asked 5 questions based on my work experience and 2 situational questions asking what I would do in a certain situation. Then I had a second-round interview where I was asked the exact same type of question but on a video call with 2 people. I then waited for a decision and ultimately did not receive an offer

Tell me a time when you saw an opportunity for innovation. What did you do and what was the result?
There was a panel review. They asked questions about my background and previous experience. The focus was on any technical background I had specifically regarding excel and supply chain concepts.
It was a great experience. I met many great leaders and people from the supply chain team. Unfortunately I wasn't able to pass the last interview. But it was great overall.
