Questions were completely behavioral that used the CAR format. An account manager contacted me and arranged an interview. This manager was supposed to be present at my interview, but didn't show up. She didn't reply to any of my questions and didn't respond to my follow-up email. The interview was OKAY. Tell me about a time you had to carry out a strategy and what was the outcome of it?
