      Entrevista

      I first interviewed at a career fair, which then led to a visit to HQ in Downtown Cincinnati. The first interview at the fair was the very typical behavioral stuff ("Tell me about a time when..." ). When I flew up to Cinci, I first had a lunch "interview" with a manager in the division I'd be going into. We talked about all sorts of stuff and I could have taken the conversation in any direction. I would call it much more of a chat than an interview, but that person was still going to have input on the hiring decision so it was relevant. Afterwards, I was double-teamed by two senior managers for 90 minutes and we went over everything. Many behavioral questions, but it somehow seemed less structured and much more conversational. We talked about the responsibilities of the position and how they aligned with my skill set and it was overall very positive. After this, I had to go through their Skills test, which took an hour. Nothing out of left field with that, just be sure to familiarize yourself with the format beforehand (and take the practice test!). From initial contact to official interviews in Cinci was about five weeks. The remaining delays before my offer were mostly because of reasons particular to the group I was going into (not to mention it was around years end, so everyone was out of town).
