In the first round, there is a virtual screening test with a series of games and questions. It would be best if you tried to learn about this as much as possible before completing it because they weigh it pretty heavily when deciding whether or not you get an interview.

Almost an hour long; interviewer was nice but I feel like they may not have connected with me. P&G is very strict about the structure of your responses, so I would recommend sticking to "STAR" or "CAR" format as it is almost entirely behavioural questions, but do incorporate some quantifiable results.

Describe a time when you had to deal with a large set of complex data. What sort of issues arose, and how did you go about assessing it?
The interview was overwhelming. The first assesment and the interview was fine. However, the second one was challenging. Because, different managers asked same questions. However, one of them loved the answers and the other one did not like it. Therefore, it was confusing. When I asked about the overall feedback, they did not answer my questions.
