There was a 5 step interview: 1.psychological test 2. Math, English, Abstract Thinking Test offline 3. The interview with HR 4. The interview with the Head of Finance Team 5. The interview with the Global Team Member It all took around 7 months, finally i didn't get the offer, after the last step I've got the email that i am not fully fitting them. There was no feedback on the reason why exactly i am not fitting the company. The feedback needed to make sure i won't make this mistake anymore.

There were a lot of situational questions, such as: Have you ever had a conflict at work, how did you manage it. If you were a manager, how would you delegate the job between your colleagues?
Had to first complete an online assessment at my own time to evaluate relevant skills, followed by a panel interview to further assess suitability, experience, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

The interview process included multiple interview rounds including behavioral, situational, and technical questions. Interviews were on the longer side (about an hour), and consisted of quite a bit of in depth questions.
