(Recruitment process done in Feb 2020, before COVID in FR) First you will have to do the P&G Online assessment.
If you succeed, your resume will be reviewed again and you may be invited to the 3 round of interviews.
Then, you are invited to the closest HQ, to go through your 3 interviews the same day. Each interview is organised the same way. First, specific questions are asked about your past experiences (use STAR Method and how how what you have done illsutrates P&G Values). Then you have questions about hypothetical cases (what would you do if you had to.. if you were in that situation...). Finally, the last part are small business cases that you might found in business consulting interviews (easier than actual consulting business cases). Be clear about what makes profit, sales, costs and don't be afraid to ask questions that will make the case go further.

Situational and behavioral questions only, no case for me although i heard otherwise from my friends and peers. Not too difficult i would say, i would recommend it to friends

Prima parte della selezione è svolta tramite assessment online con test psico-attitudinali e logico matematici. la prima parte è volta a verificare la compatibilità del candidato con i valori e principi dell'azienda, molto utile dare un occhiata al sito prima di iniziare, la seconda parte invece è divisa in tre parti, sono tre diversi test a tempo con difficoltà crescente.

Durante le vacanze ti viene un idea brillante per per innovare un prodotto dell'azienda, c'è un meeting programmato per la settimana del rientro dalle vacanze ma il focus della riunione riguarda la creazione di nuovi prodotti e non la modifica di quelli esistenti. come ti comporteresti in questa situazione?

Test di selezione diviso per assesments. Ricevono molte candidature, quindi per avere più probabilità di riuscita è meglio allenarsi in anticipo con questa tipologia di test per essere in grado di superarli ed avanzare agli step successivi.
