Process took about 4 weeks
Applied as a new grad online. You have to do an online assessment followed by a written assessment. Basic logic questions, math problems and written reasoning questions. Next is the first round interview on campus with younger people in the company. All behavioural questions (talk about a time sort of thing), pretty easy stuff. Moved on to second round interview at their Toronto office. Was taken out to lunch and received a tour of the office then had my interview with two senior members of the company. Very friendly people. Same routine as last time, but significantly more thorough, they asked several variations of the same question expecting different experiences for each one. Positive experience overall though.

There are 3 rounds of interviews. In each round, you will be interviewed by different people, but the format of the interviews is similar in every round. Be prepared on C.A.R framework, study well, and make sure you are familiar with it. This framework will help you construct your answer for the interview very well.

Entrevista
Firstly, I was contacted by an HR for a prescreening interview via phone call about two weeks after completing the P&G online assessment. I then had my first interview via a video call with a member of Sales team on the following day. The interview lasted about 50 minutes, starting with some general interview questions about myself then moving to performance-based questions, followed by behavior and situation-based questions. A day later, the same HR called me back that I passed the first interview and would like me to attend the second interview on the next day. My second interview was again conducted via a video call but this time with the Sales Director. This interview was slightly different from the first one since the questions were more unpredictable and assessed the though process more. A week or so later, I received a result of the interview via email.

2. Tell me about a time when you had to work with limited resources to accomplish a goal.
3. Tell me about a time when you created a big change?
The second interview questions:
1. If you worked on a project with a colleague but in the end that person took all the credits and got promoted by the manager, what would you do to defend your career path as well as to prevent the same situation from happening again?
2. Given no data available, how would you estimate the total annual sales of one of P&G's product.
