You get to do a paper test first which is pretty simple comparing with those banks and consulting firms tests. If you are shortlisted, then normally you need to get through 3 interviewers. Most people meet one interviewer a time. But there are cases some get interviewed by 2 or 3 in one interview but save on number of interviews.
