After a little while of holding on to your resume, they call you to set up a test. You are scheduled to take a multiple choice test with about 30 other people. Few pass. Then you wait. And wait. Finally, if you passed, they will schedule an interview with 2 people. They ask many what would you do questions. It takes about an hour. Then you wait. And wait. If you are lucky, they will call you back for a second interview. This interview is basically the same as the first, with the same what would you do questions, only a tad bit more specific. Finally, if you advanced through that hurdle, you will get another phone call. They will offer a job. You go in for a hair drug test. You wait a month. Then you get a 2 to 3 week away start date, that will be the same as a few others. Good luck. The entire process for me took half a year.

I applied on the company website. I received a confirmation email and then another email soon after letting me know that I had tasks to do on my career page for P&G, the online assessments. I had two assigned assessments, the PEAK assessment, and the plant technician assessment. They provide information on how to prepare for the assessments and the expectations. After completing the assessments, I received an email about two weeks later from the recruiter asking to set up an initial interview. The initial interview was at the Andover, MA plant. The initial interview had two parts, an informational section and walk through with the recruiter, then an interview with two managers. The interview with the managers was very laid back. They took notes and your answers are put into a system that gives you a numerical value to see if you would be a good fit. After the initial interview, the next day I received an email with a job offer with contingencies ( background check, drug test, medical evaluation, I9).

People are nice. Gives clear instructions. Situational questions. Prepare situations and explain what you are suppose to do or your scope and what did you do, then what is the result.
