The whole process was quite long but usual with big companies. Online tests, skype interview, in person test, two face to face interviews. The intervievers were very friendly and gave you time to answer the questions. Most of the questions were situational questions and there were 2 scenario based questions. The biggest negative experience I had was I never got any feedback at the end of my internship despite snding multiple emails to the HR and my manager. Very dissapointing as I had been led to believe that I was working very well and towards getting a job. My manager also did not give me a mid term assessment as they were too busy.

Es war eine sehr entspannendes gespräch mit dem Betriebsleiter von Braun über Teams. Er hat sehr nett über die Unternehmen und über sich selbst erzählt und am ende sollte ich mich Vorstellen. Es war sehr angenehm .

IQ Test was first given and then one could get qualified to an interview. if the test isn't passed, one would have to wait 12 months for another opportunity. If one passes the IQ assessment, they would qualify for an interview.

They required us to travel to Cincinnati. There were 8 of us interviewing. We had to arrive at 12pm on a Thursday. We then went on a tour together and went our to a nice dinner. We spent the night at a very nice hotel. The next day there was a breakfast and then our interviews, followed by a tour. At the end of the day, 8 of us were waiting in a room as they called us out one by one and told us whether or not we got the job. When told the news, we had to return to the waiting room with the other intern candidates. This was very unprofessional, as some students got the job and others didn't. They then made the group of 8 students ride back to the hotel together in the same vehicle, while half received a job offer and the other half did not. It was poorly run and pretty awful to see. I would say the interview was fair, however it was quite the unprofessional process to make students go through.
