I went through reasoning test and two interviews. Interviews are based on behavioral questions, should have prepared answers for questions like: 'Tell us about a time when you had to analyze information and then make a recommendation. What decision did you come to?','Give an example of how you have been successful at empowering a group of people in accomplishing a task.' etc.
