Entrevista
after online application, there is an online test to determine compatibility with the company. Once you clear that, there was a written aptitude test. Clearing that, there is the interview session (at least 2 interviewers).
The whole process (application to getting the offer) is about 6 - 7 weeks affair.

At first you submit your resume and then it will send you an assessment. On the website it said we will let you know within 30 days if you made it to next step or not. It's been 3 months that I haven't heard a word or received any email from them.

Questions were very structured, asking for “Tell me about a time you …”. They seemed to be following a kind of standardised script, and were looking for a specific format for answers.

There are 4 rounds of interview in total, each last about 30-60 mins. Interviewer are nice and friendly. Asking questions about experiences details written on resume. Just be prepared and be confident
