Online application including an IQ-type assessment. Interviewing consisted of three rounds. First was on campus and in person. Was an hour long behavioral interview. Was honestly exhausting because after an hour so many of the questions they are asking ("tell me about a time when...") could be answered with similar scenarios/examples. Second round was a phone interview. Also behavioral. Third round was in person at the company headquarters in Cincinnati. All expenses paid. Arrive the evening before the interview. Had dinner with a current Financial Analyst that had graduated from my university just a few years prior. This was intended to be a welcoming dinner and to ask off-the-record questions, not part of the interview process. Next day started with an exam, again with presumably IQ-test type questions. Then two rounds of interviews, each with a director-level finance person. Both were again behavioral but how strict that was depended on the interviewer. With my first, we stuck to his script. With the second, we had a lot in common so she asked the minimal required from the script but we spent much of the time informally discussing working for the company, etc. After that, was taken to lunch by another graduate from my university, this one more established in the company. After lunch, interview ended.

Hiring Sprint with Panel interview. You’ll be interviewed mostly with Situational and Behavioral Questions. The interview was focused on your experiences. Interviewers are very professional and approachable, most likely they want a quantifiable answers. They use tha CAR method.
Difficult assessment, if you do not pass have to wait 12 months to retake. Would recommend looking into the assessment a bit before taking, there are practice courses and assements available online

Entrevista
Competency based questions. Kind of an informal chat which made you feel at ease. It takes around an hour depending on how long your answers are. Try and give data alongside your answers such as reduction in costs by 10% etc
