As with most large companies, there is an initial screening process when you go up to somebody in the career fair. I got past it by name dropping a previous top intern. After a quick phone interview, I got to go onsite to the factory I would be working at.

Was very exciting, they make sure you are aware of what is happening in the application process. I never felt out of the loop and that was very helpful for me.
