Entrevista
- The first big filter is the Intelligence Test. This exam contains math problems (equations needed), reading comprehension, and graphics analysis. I recommend starting with the reading questions (they're the easier and your brain is still fresh for understanding). Leave the part that you consider more difficult for the last and do not spend more than 5 mins. in one question.
- After you pass the written exam, they put you through a 1:1 interview and through a panel interview. The trick is to have examples of accomplishments prepared (leadership, team work, creativity, proactivity and also failures, which you may turn into opportunities to improve) and to focus in a problem-action-result scheme.
- They consider important the "I did" attitude. It's important to feel the owner of your success...
- Have a little speech about yourself prepared in English

There are 3 rounds of interviews. In each round, you will be interviewed by different people, but the format of the interviews is similar in every round. Be prepared on C.A.R framework, study well, and make sure you are familiar with it. This framework will help you construct your answer for the interview very well.

Entrevista
Firstly, I was contacted by an HR for a prescreening interview via phone call about two weeks after completing the P&G online assessment. I then had my first interview via a video call with a member of Sales team on the following day. The interview lasted about 50 minutes, starting with some general interview questions about myself then moving to performance-based questions, followed by behavior and situation-based questions. A day later, the same HR called me back that I passed the first interview and would like me to attend the second interview on the next day. My second interview was again conducted via a video call but this time with the Sales Director. This interview was slightly different from the first one since the questions were more unpredictable and assessed the though process more. A week or so later, I received a result of the interview via email.
