I applied for an interesting job at P&G and was immediately told to take a couple of online assessments. One was a personality test (the ones that that never seem to correlate to real-life scenarios), and the other seemed to be a logic test. For a marketing role. I'm not an engineer, so I flubbed those questions. I was given a cold "your assessments don't work for us" response, along with finding out that I can't apply to any other P&G positions for a year. I basically got blacklisted for being a creative type, applying for a creative position.
