Saw the job posting through jobstreet and applied directly on website as instructed. They will ask you to upload your documents, and within less than an hour you'll receive an email that will direct you to an online assessment that posted general questions about yourself and your actions. Within a few days, I received an invitation to do the reasoning test at the SGIC. The reasoning test was pretty manageable, where it was separated into 3 sections; numerical (fair), logic-based (i found this most difficult, as questions were lengthy and options were similar) and figural (find out the patterns, pretty confusing). DO NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO DO WELL FOR THIS TEST AS YOUR RESUME WONT BE PASSED TO HIRING MANAGERS IF YOU DO NOT PASS THE TEST. You will also be required to submit as Supplemental Data Sheet (SDS) on the same day as the test, where you have give examples of past experiences. Soo, within 1 week, i got an email to update me that my results for the test met the benchmark and that my resume will be sent to hiring managers to look at. They also mentioned in the email that only shortlisted applicants will be called for interview, so maybe not all that have passed the reasoning test will be seleted for interview (depends on hiring manager). It took them about 1 month to call me for an interview, and I had 2 rounds of interview scheduled in one day. There were two interviewers for both rounds. Most questions were similar to the ones in the SDS form, they'll ask around 5 behavioural questions (give them CAR answers based on your past experiences) and 2-3 situational/hypothetical questions where they'll want to find out how you react to real life situations and how you will resolve problems. Each interview were an hour long, and it was pretty intense. The interviewers were really welcoming though. I received the update of the interview within less than a week and came down to the site the following week for an offer discussion.
