I had 2 behaviors interviews, 40 mins each.
The first interview was with the area manager and one senior employee and the second interview was one week later with the director.
They asked me about 15 questions, all of them related to my behavior in past situation.
The two interviews were very similar to each other.

Tell me one situation you came up with a creative solution for a problem?
El proceso de selección fue bastante largo: alrededor de 3 meses de espera, 3 entrevistas y aproximadamente 6 horas en total hablando con diferentes personas. Al final, la propuesta consistía en unas prácticas no remuneradas y la decisión fue negativa. Creo que el proceso podría ser más ágil y transparente para evitar invertir tanto tiempo por ambas partes.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.

5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
