I took the P&G online technical assesment and then had a 1 hour long conversation with an interviewer. The interview went great and he even told me that I should be fully expecting a second round with a panel of 3 people in the near future. After 2 weeks of no response I finally got an email saying the position was filled. I reached back out to the original interviewer and he said that it was very odd that I did not get the second round and he doesn't have an answer for me. Very strange process that left me feeling confused.
