I was initially interviewed by phone, which consisted of general background questions. I believe the call was also used to determine if I was personable and if I would be a good fit. I was scheduled for an in-person interview where we spoke about my experience and goals. During the first in-person interview they explained how the company operates, and I was given a tour of the facilities. I was scheduled for a third interview in which I was shown what a day in the life looked like after which I was made an offer. Overall, the interview process was very laid-back and low stress.
