Interview process felt somewhat disorganized and inconsistent with what was communicated by recruiting. I completed multiple rounds, including video interviews, and was told to expect a more in-depth second interview, but the final conversation was extremely brief and did not resemble the process described beforehand.
After receiving a generic rejection email, I politely reached out to the recruiter for feedback and never received a response. Interestingly, I was then contacted by a different recruiter from another department for a separate role only a few days later.
Everyone I spoke with was polite, but overall the experience felt impersonal and poorly coordinated, very much in contrast to the mission and culture the company emphasized throughout the interview process.
