The initial phone call can be a bit complicated. It's hard for both of you to get in contact with each other at first unless you're phone is constantly with you. At first it's a phone interview, then you'd meet the hiring manager. You fill out a few forms regarding who you are, then you'll be asked a few simple questions you'd expect at any interview. The manager will explain just about every detail in the job, you'll respond, ask questions (if need be), and talk a bit more about yourself, and where you'd like to see yourself in the company. Everything is explained, and I mean everything. It's unlike any other interview I've been a part of.

First you will receive a phone interview which last about 30 minutes. My perception is this is used to identify strong speaking skills as well as personal goals. Next is a inperson interview with a Marketing Manager who ask standard interviewing questions. the third and final interview is with the VP who pretty much lays down the job expectations as well as pros and cons and gives you his feed back and advice as a former Field Marketer. At this time he may extend to you a position if you your self feels comfortable moving forward or he may give you time to think it over.
