There is a very thorough phone interview first with one of the recruiters then if you get through that they will have you in for three in person interviews. I thought the recruiter did a great job over the phone explaining the company and the position. I wasn’t very sure about the company at first but she made me more comfortable and excited to actually get the in person.
First step is a phone screen, followed by 2 in person interviews. After that hiring manager will reach out. Then you are apart of in person training. And can basically move freely anywhere in the company. Training is also paid.

Recruiter called, asked a few questions about background. I was then called by their director of customer development. He explained the job a little bit more in detail and asked normal interview questions. Then I had my 3rd interview with the VP of customer development which really explained the day to day about the job.
