It was pretty straight forward with the first screening call to gather info about the role and myself. I was told some specifics about the role and scheduled a 2nd interview via Zoom with a hiring manager. I guess whatever was told to me about the role in the first interview of this being a closing only role was not correct and I would have to knock on doors for about 8 to 10 weeks. Also the training was in a different location than I was told on the initial screening call. Overall decent experience but be careful with your expectations interviewing with this company. In the end, I was sent a rejection email with no feedback as to why and the recruiting team ghosted with no response when I reached out for clarification. Pretty unprofessional.

DOOR TO DOOR SALES --------Total lack of transparency until 3rd interview. I am interviewing for a non-entry level position, why would you wait until the 3rd interview to mention that everyone must do door-to-door sales to start their career with this company. If I was interested in door to door sales I would have been looking for a door to door sales position. Apparently everyone must, I repeat must do door to door sales for 60 to 90 days before being considered for a home remodeling consultant position.
