1 phone and 4 in-person interviews. That seemed a lot of rounds to pick a candidate. The phone interview was easy because you are talking to a recruiter from the company. This was supposed to be a 3 round interview but someone who wasn't part of this interview process joined and that's unfair. I was asked to design mock-ups in a short period of time. Everything that was going on in the process was mentioned ahead of time, which is great. However, the 4th round wasn't mentioned and that was totally unfair on their part. Also, that person no longer works with the company. A few months later I checked back their career page and it seemed they decided to hire intern UX designer. Clearly this whole thing was a waste of time. Nice office though.
