It was handled in a very friendly manner. it was more of a discussion than of a interview. There was a panel of three, but i never feel to be intimidated. They were open letting me kind of forget that I am actually giving an interview. That way I was more open and started talking freely. Which is how the interview should be.Honestly speaking this is the best interview I have attended
