There were three steps to the process, technical skills review, soft skills review and a connection with the hiring Director. The process was very straight forward, the interviewers where polite/patient and the questions were reasonable. They were hard enough to expose skill gaps but not unreasonable for the role expectations.
What I appreciated most of all was the fact that the entire process only took a couple weeks from when I first reached out to the recruiter to the completion of the interviews and getting an offer.
