There were several rounds involved: Round 1: Online round which checks aptitude. This round was hosted on their own platform and the questions were good. Screen share was enabled at the time of the test to monitor actions. Round 2: A technical interview with the senior member to test ruby, rails concepts, and other skills along with a puzzle. Round 3: Techno-managerial round. Mainly project discussion and database-related questions. Received an offer after few days after the final round but the offer was not meeting my expectations which I shared with HR at the start of my process. Not sure why they proceeded with application if compensation was a problem to them.
