I was sorted for an interview on the basis of ph score of ELitmus.
Then I had gone through two rounds of face to face interview each round of more than half an hour.
The process began with a HireVue video assessment, which consisted of several behavioral questions aligned to Philips’ core values. It focused on STAR-based responses, with an emphasis on problem-solving, communication, and field-readiness. Timed questions required clear and structured answers.
