The process is pretty standard: 1. HR screen (30-45mn), 2. Engineering manager of the hiring team (45mn), 3. Live coding (1h30), 4. System design (1h30), 5. VP
The live coding was TDD style and the interviewers prefer idiomatic TypeScript. The system interview was broad and oriented towards DDD and event driven architecture.
The process was very fast and took slightly longer than a month, with the Christmas break in-between. After every step, I had a call with the same HR person and/or got an email with detailed feedback.
Unfortunately, I did not perform well in the System Design interview and chose to withdraw from the process as I could not reach the seniority level I wanted anymore.
Overall, one of the best interview process I experienced.
