It seems the company just ghosting candidates and not recruting at all, trying to update industry knowledge sitting with top notch leading candidate, by the way, this is my most toxic interview process, without proper feedback after the time. I thought it was great company, but not in Russia. If you're now in job hunt - look elsewhere, with this type of poor management you're not getting great value for your time in this company if you're a young woman.
