Being brutally honest here, this was one of the worst interview processes I was ever involved in. The first phone was very pre organised, the team lead just called. The onsite was okay, and the final round was with the manager who is based in the states. Waited 1.5 weeks for feedback, got a call to say I will have feedback that day or the next. Over a week later and still nothing back despite emailing the team lead here in Dublin. Terrible unprofessional experience, advice to senior tech recruiters, AVOID!
