The interview process was in 3 stages. The first was your standard phone interview with the recruiter. It lasted about 20 minutes and we talked about my expectations for the job. Mainly to ensure that I was on the same page as the interviewers. The second interview was with a team member. Highly positive experience where it felt like a conversation. We mainly talked about the job in further detail and how my experience could be related. The third interview was with the manager and another manager outside the department. They asked scenario questions so the STAR method is highly recommended. I was also asked to prepare a presentation on a project I was involved in. They even gave some constructive feedback on my presentation. Overall, a positive experience from start to finish.
