The interview process took 3 months, 3 rounds of interviews with several team members. After the 3rd round, I was starting to think they weren’t really hiring. What a waste of my time.
Teams are very knowledgeable and welcoming. Asked a lot of technical questions. Scenario based questions were decent. It was a good experience. HR also asks decent amount of questions. Prepare and stay positive throughout. Don’t be too serious when answering

How did you handle a task that was given last minute on top of other priorities

Certainly! Here is the standardized version:

The interview process consisted of three rounds. After the final round, the HR representative did not provide any results or respond to follow-up emails, which I found very unprofessional. Replying to follow-up emails is important, regardless of whether the outcome is successful or not, as it provides valuable feedback to the candidate. If this had occurred after the first round and resulted in my elimination, it might have been justified. However, after investing time in three rounds, such behavior is not appropriate for a people-friendly MNC like Novartis.
Despite the significant time I invested in this process, my follow-up communication was ignored, and I was effectively ghosted. This behavior is disappointing, especially considering how smooth the interviews were and how friendly and lively the team appeared. HR representatives are not upholding the brand's reputation in the market through such unprofessional handling of recruitment processes. It is very unprofessional to consider no-reply as a sufficient response in every situation.
