The process initially was swift and efficient, however the assessment center was disorganised, discriminatory and unprofessional. I told the HR managers well before that I have learning disabilities and need additional time. I had to remind them multiple times during the assessment center that I needed extra time to complete tests. The excel test was a lot more complicated than they had suggested and slightly excessive for a graduate entry level position. The interviewers were mechanical and not unpleasant but not friendly either. It felt like they had a list of questions they were ticking off and there wasn’t much follow up. I didn’t think I had done super well at the interview and wasn’t expecting an offer - but it would have been nice to have at least a rejection email! (I never heard back after my interview). They ghosted me after the assessment center which is terribly unprofessional, especially since I had spent over £265 to attend the interview and had travelled all the way down from Scotland and stayed in a hotel the night before. They didn’t offer a virtual assessment center option which 99% of top graduate employers are willing to do in 2021. They also didn’t offer to reimburse any of the travel cost (not even a taxi from hotel to office). I think ultimately this is discriminatory for people of lower socio economic backgrounds or those that have disabilities and can’t travel as easily. The office location in London is basically in the middle of nowhere and you need to get an Uber or chance it with a really unreliable bus which runs once an hour. I would never recommend this company to anyone, simply incompressible!

Fill in a simple online application to which you're then asked to do online assessments both numerical and verbal. Then you are invited to a phone interview however my experience was all last minute where I was offered a phone interview before sitting any tests. The interview is very straight forward like any other interview unless your interviewer is a bit rude in their approach to try and catch you out. Maybe was a bad day but maybe it's their way to test you.
