First I had to do an online values test, then an online video interview then I was invited to an assessment center at Cranfield. We did two group activities, the first deciding the order to rescue people from a cave based on certain information given about each person. The second you were given two different business scenarios and you had to decide what to do. Finally, there was an interview with people in the department they think you're most suited to where you're asked standard interview questions and some technical questions. Overall the day was very chilled and the people very nice and welcoming. However, they promised feedback but provided none and took a very long time to tell me I was unsuccessful.
