there are 2 initial interviews, prelims and final interview, final interview regards to what skills you can contribute to the company, and how you will utilize your skills. As line technicians, you required to take technical tests, to see if you can handle all tools required in assembling car components and parts. when hired you will be classified as an apprentice for 6 months,then contractual for another 6 months, then finally you will be a probationary employee for another 6 months before you will be considered as a regular employee.
