I was invited to an Assessment Centre. I applied in March and they called me in June one week ahead of the day. The process was not quick at all. After the assessment day they said they would call in 2 days time to give the result. They never did. I chased them for 2 weeks and finally spoke to someone who gave me feedback. The recruitment process was poor and put me off Nissan as a company altogether.
